What is device pixel ratio?
The number of physical pixels per CSS pixel. Retina and most phone screens have a ratio of 2 or 3, which makes text and images sharper.
Why is the resolution lower than my monitor?
If Windows or macOS scaling is set above 100%, browsers report a scaled resolution. Multiply by the pixel ratio for the real resolution.
